By registering, you confirm that all information provided is truthful and accurate. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.

All financial transactions on the jlli Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). jlli supports deposits and withdrawals via the following approved payment methods: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank, and debit cards issued by Philippine banks.
Deposits are generally credited to your jlli wallet promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. jlli is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or network issues.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of jlli.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jlli, its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits, even if jlli has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
jlli's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jlli account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
jlli does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.
jlli is committed to promoting responsible gaming and player wellbeing. The Platform is intended solely as a form of entertainment. jlli strongly encourages all players to set personal deposit limits, session time limits, and loss limits within their account settings.

You agree that any formal legal proceedings arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
